How I found this work…

My interest in healthy living began early, mostly centered around fitness throughout my teens and twenties. Back then, I didn't fully understand how deeply food, sleep, and stress could affect my well-being. That changed after the birth of my daughter, when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Suddenly, I found myself searching for answers — reading books, asking doctors questions — only to be told that my lab results were "just my levels" and that medication was the only solution.

Not long after, my husband developed severe joint inflammation, and again, the only recommendation was medication. Then, my young daughter experienced sudden and significant hair loss, and the answer was simply a cream. Each time, we were left with more questions than clarity.

That's when our family began digging deeper — researching, experimenting, and discovering firsthand how food and lifestyle choices dramatically influenced our health. We realized that wellness isn't one-size-fits-all. It's personal, layered, and often overlooked in conventional care.

Driven by this realization, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to learn how to support others in navigating their own unique paths to wellness. That's exactly how I approach coaching: I'm here to walk alongside you, to help define what wellness means for you, and to support you in reaching those goals — because your story, like mine, deserves to be heard and honored.

Why a certified integrative
nutrition health coach?

Health coaches take a comprehensive view of an individual's life, addressing challenges through a holistic lens. Rather than relying on fad diets or rigid rules, we focus on sustainable, personalized strategies for change.

Struggles often stem from multiple areas — lifestyle, mindset, or environment — and coaches are trained to uncover and address those root causes. The approach to wellness isn't limited to a single aspect; it embraces the whole person.

I approach wellness from a team perspective. I have spent years building relationships with trusted providers in multiple fields and can help guide you to practitioners who specialize in particular areas, should you need a particular type of care.
